The country music star, Taylor Swift, has now become the latest celebrity to have a wardrobe malfunction in front of a huge audience of people.
On Saturday night, the 21 year old singer was performing her song You Belong With Me, in front of an audience packed stadium in St. Louis,MO, when a wind machine blew up her dress and exposed her underwear.
Luckily, the Grammy Award winning Swift, was wearing Spanx-like bottoms underneath her blue dress, which may have avoided a truly embarrassing moment.
Although Taylor Swift may have experienced a Marilyn Monroe-ish flashback moment in front of her fans, this was definitely not as awkward as other wardrobe mishaps among other young celebrities. Earlier this month, millions of people were shocked when rapper Nicki Minaj slipped out of her top and exposed her left breast while performing on ABC’s “Good Morning America”.
ABC News later issued an apology for the top-slip fiasco.
Taylor Swift never responded to the news about the wind machine slip up, but instead tweeted a picture of a glittery star she drew on the shoulder of band member Caitlin Evanson minutes before her St. Louis performance.
