Grey’s Anatomy continues to shock fans as they add more interesting plots and guest characters to the show. If you’ve been a die hard fan of this TV show and have been following current news, then you may have already heard that the Disney superstar Demi Lovato has signed to become a guest actor on the show in the month of May. Lovato revealed this news to the world on her Twitter account. She tweets ,”Mr. Patrick Dempsey himself wants me to give a shoutout to you guys! hahahaha so awesome.”
In her episode of Grey’s Anatomy, Demi Lovato is set to play the role of a possible schizophrenic patient at Seattle Grace hospital, who gets treated by Karev (played by Justin Chambers) and Arizona (played by Jessica Capshaw). Some fans and supporters of Demi believe that this role could possibly be an Emmy award winning performance for the young actress.
Grey’s Anatomy has had it’s awesome share of impressive guest star appearances in the past, but nothing has prepared us for appearance of this young emerging Hollywood teen sensation. Currently, Demi Lovato stars in her own Disney Channel original series, Sonny With A Chance, and is said to be in a high profile romance with teen pop star Joe Jonas.
Grey’s Anatomy is already filming their May episodes of the show and Shonda Rimes, the creator of the ABC Network drama, also tweeted about Lovato’s appearance. She tweets,”Demi Lovato’s on the Grey’s set filming her guest spot. Everone’s super excited around here.”
